Melanie: I am a registered nurse with six years of experience as a language teacher. My career path has been quite impressive over the years, with a steep learning curve. Now, I’m a recruitment specialist with HGS Philippines.
HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
Melanie: The first traits I look for are dedication and commitment. These qualities always set candidates apart for roles with HGS. I also ask my candidates why they want to work with us since it lets us know where their interest lies.
