Job Title: Tech Lead - RCM Technology (Java and Oracle)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to spearhead the delivery of our Java and Oracle team within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Technology division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in Java and Oracle development, with a strong background in RCM processes and systems. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of solutions to meet the evolving needs of our RCM clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Java and Oracle developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with RCM stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java and Oracle-based applications and systems.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of robust and efficient software solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in RCM, Java, and Oracle development, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert in RCM technology, providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues and challenges, working closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Lead Project Governance Calls and mentor; Client presentations and demos along with Product team.
• Direct Unit, Load, Performance, integration, database, and functional testing to ensure Quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in Java and Oracle development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Extensive experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain, with a deep understanding of RCM processes, workflows, and systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster a culture of excellence, and lead by example through hands-on technical contributions, including coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in designing and architecting Java and Oracle-based solutions, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.
