Job Description:

Education :  Chartered Accountant

Experience :  4-6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of quarterly financial results under SEBI LODR regulations and annual consolidated/standalone financial statements under Ind AS/IFRS.
  • Preparation of deliverables under for SEBI LODR and filing with stock exchanges
  • Responsible for maintaining accuracy and completeness of related party transactions and intercompany transactions
  • Assisting and liaison with internal and external auditors for timely audit closures
  • Preparation of deliverable for management and audit committee reviews.

Skills :

  • Sound knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI LODR and Schedule III .
  • Proficient knowledge of excel
  • Prior Big 4 experience is a plus.
