Job Description:

Education :  Graduates, post graduates or any equivalent degree in Finance & Accounts

             

Roles & Responsibilities :

·       Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

·       Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

·       Perform detailed review of Trial balance and prepare variance analysis by GL and Spend Category

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.

·       Assist in financial reporting and analysis as required.

·       Follow company policies and procedures to maintain internal controls.

·       Ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations are prepared on monthly basis

·       Reviewing AP transactions (Prepaid, GL, Spend, Cost center, Sub-process etc.)

·       Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further course of action.

·       Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

·       Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

·       Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
