Roles and responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex Continuous Improvement and Reengineering initiatives, including high-impact and cross-geo projects within spotlight accounts.
- Engage with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders to uncover performance gaps and define strategic problem statements.
- Provide mentorship on advanced projects to Business Excellence teams and cross-functional groups.
- Lead governance routines and present project progress and outcomes to Sagility’s senior leadership.
- Deliver integrated solutions across people, process, and technology dimensions for complex business challenges.
- Develop business proposals addressing key operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support the design and implementation of target operating models aligned with business goals.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise across key competencies including analytical acumen—leveraging both data-driven and process-based approaches with tools like Excel, Minitab/SPSS to derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with defined scope, resource allocation, budgeting, and outcome delivery—leveraging methodologies such as Lean Value Stream Transformation and Six Sigma DMAIC to drive sustainable improvements.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputed institute or organization, with proven experience in independently leading improvement projects
- Skilled in driving change management by fostering solution adoption while maintaining operational harmony.
- Strong communication skills, balancing professionalism and assertiveness to influence outcomes and keep stakeholders engaged.
- Effective in stakeholder management by aligning and addressing internal and external expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
