Prasanna est chef de l’exploitation chez HGS Inde. Il nous fait part de son expérience de notre processus d’embauche virtuel en contexte de pandémie de COVID-19.

HGS : décrivez ce que vous avez vécu dans une entrevue virtuelle.

Prasanna: Since we have gotten somewhat used to telephonic interviews before we meet face-to-face, this wasn’t very different altogether. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the process have been very warm. My sense is other than the channel, my experience would have been the same even if I had to walk into the office.

HGS: Can you think of a reason you may prefer this to meeting face-to-face?

Prasanna: Only one thing comes to mind. The virtual interview process might offer some people the room to be in their comfort zone during the interview and thereby, do well. Typically, in face-to-face meetings, we can tend to be nervous and that might show in our body language. I felt my interview went very well virtually without that pressure.

Also, it goes without saying that in the current climate, virtual channels are the safest ways to interact. I’m glad that HGS has kept interests of even candidates in mind, during the interview process.

HGS: What are you looking forward to the most in your HGS career?

Prasanna: Bright future with lots of scope for improvement and career growth!

At HGS, our people are our most valuable assets, and our workplace and culture reflect this belief. Join us to work in a nurturing environment.
