Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, document and implement standardized WFM processes across teams and lines of business.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to ensure adherence to WFM best practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive alignment and efficiency in planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Interpret workforce data, analyze trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, shrinkage management, and resource optimization.
  • Lead or support WFM related projects including process implementations, reporting enhancements, and improvement initiatives.
  • Apply project management discipline to make sure deliverables are met on time, within scope and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations, reports and recommendations to different leadership teams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for WFM audits, governance discussions, and escalations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill WFM team members and delivery partners.
  • Conduct or participate in regular audits of WFM processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency with standards; identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; and deliver audit reports with actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
  • Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Reports to: WFM Manager - GWFM

Education and/or Experience:  Preferably holds a minimum of 2 years of college education or a related degree is preferred.

Work environment:  The work environment should be following the Clean Room Policy set forth by the Company. They must agree to comply with all company policies and procedures regarding the safekeeping of confidential information.
