The purpose of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is to provide strategic HR support and guidance to assigned departments, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services, aligning people strategies with business goals, and promoting a positive employee experience. The HRBP drives employee relations, talent management, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.

Job Description:

This role will assist in employee engagement activities and collaborate with HR on select programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and committed to creating a positive impact both within the company and in the community.

 

Key Responsibilities

CSR Initiatives

  • Support the planning and execution of CSR programs and community outreach activities. Coordinate with external partners such as NGOs, local government units, and industry associations.Assist in tracking and reporting CSR metrics and impact.

DEI Programs

  • Help implement DEI campaigns and awareness activities across the organization.
  • Support employee resource groups (ERGs) and inclusive engagement efforts.
  • Assist in collecting feedback and data to monitor DEI progress.

Employee Engagement

  • Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to support employee engagement programs (e.g., town halls, surveys, recognition events).
  • Assist in content creation for internal platforms (e.g., newsletters, intranet, social media).
  • Help organize and facilitate internal events and campaigns that promote culture and values.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Social Sciences, or related field.

·        2–4 years of experience in CSR, DEI, employee engagement, or related roles.

·        Strong writing and communication skills.

·        Experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement.

·        Exposure to corporate communications or PR is a plus.

·        Familiarity with social media and internal communication tools.
