Experience:
Background in BPO Training Operation is an advantage
Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
At least 10-12 years experience in the same line of work.
Mandatory Skills:
•Possess strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learner engagement strategies.
•Demonstrate proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course administration, learner tracking, and reporting.
•Develop and enhance instructional materials, e-learning courses, and blended learning programs to ensure high-quality training delivery.
•Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with SMEs, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
•Analyze training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs), learner feedback, and data-driven insights to measure impact.
•Manage training budgets efficiently, allocate resources effectively, and escalate constraints when necessary to ensure program success.
•Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and digital tools to drive innovation and improve learning experiences.
•Apply strong project and process management skills to oversee multiple training initiatives while ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Roles & responsibilities:
•Develop and execute strategic learning initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership teams to enhance training effectiveness.
•Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-impact learning solutions, including e-learning and blended programs.
•Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure seamless course delivery, tracking, and reporting.
•Ensure the quality, consistency, and alignment of training programs with industry best practices and organizational goals.
•Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven insights, learner feedback, and performance metrics to drive improvements.
•Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for training programs while optimizing cost-effective learning solutions.
•Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent development, learning impact, and return on investment (ROI).
•Drive innovation by integrating new learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance training delivery.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and sustainability of training programs.
