The purpose of this role is to oversee and ensure the accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including coordinating with HR and Timekeeping, preparing necessary reports, and managing remittances to government agencies. Additionally, the role includes administering the payroll system and supporting year-end reporting and reconciliation activities.

Job Description:

Education: Any bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Min one year of relevant experience
Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, vendors, and management.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Prepare supporting documents for regular payroll reports i.e. payroll worksheets, bank listing, deduction reports, FFP computation, and payroll entries as needed by payroll vendor.
• Prepare entries for remittances to government agencies such as BIR, SSS, PAGIBIG and Philhealth
• Prepare analysis of reconciliation of advances account and other related liability accounts.
• Prepare supporting documents needed by payroll vendor for year-end reports:
• Alphat list of withholding tax on compensation
• FBT summary
• Administration of the existing payroll system
