As a Resource Planning Analyst - Space Planner you would be responsible for overseeing the allocation, management, and optimization of seating arrangements within the organization. This role ensures that seating resources are effectively utilized to meet operational needs and support workforce management strategies. Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the seats master file, including the seat map,
• Generate reports and insights on real-time seat data.
• Partner with the Operations, IT, WFM, and Facilities management team regarding the timing and quantity of stations required for movements, repairs, adjustments, and new allocations.
• Assists in planning and coordination of movements for new hires, internal transfers, and department relocations with operations leadership.
• Design, create, and update reports, templates, and ad hoc analyses to deliver accurate seat allocations.
• Maintain accurate records of real-time data and actions taken, ensuring high-quality output and completing tasks within reasonable timeframes.
• Serve as the point of contact for urgent operational matters, including training room reservation, coordination, and communication.
• Provide timely updates to management on the status of all usable and unusable stations.
• Monitor the utilization of seats, compared to the seat capacity forecast and adjust based on actual performance and changing business conditions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for seat capacity planning and allocation.
