Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer application, BE / B. Tech, Any Graduate. Experience: 4+ Years experience in IT Management with at least 1-2 years? experience as a team leader or in an IT department managerial role. Preferred Skills: ? Comprehensive Understanding of Network architecture and Client/ server ? Extensive experience in the delivery of IT incident and problem management ? Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms ? Cloud and VDI Infra Roles & responsibilities: Regular activities include network engineering and troubleshooting application, data cabling, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department. ? Running regular checks on network and data security ? Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. ? Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation ? Designing training programs and workshops for staff ? Conducting regular system audits ? Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff ? Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages ?
