DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures the availability, readiness, and proper management of company IT endpoints to support daily business operations, equipment replacements, and future requirements.
- Oversees site IT Fulfillment activities, ensuring timely equipment deployment, retrieval, inventory management, and compliance with established procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinates with Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), Procurement, Finance, and technical support teams to address equipment requirements, operational concerns, and service delivery needs.
- Provides operational guidance to IT Fulfillment personnel, monitors task completion, and ensures adherence to IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
