Job Summary

We are seeking customer-focused Remote Healthcare Contact Center Representatives to support members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with pharmacy- and benefits-related inquiries. This is a high-volume, inbound contact center role ideal for detail-oriented, empathetic individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available based on performance.

Compensation: $14.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Assigned set schedules; may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Training: Paid training provided (schedule may differ from production hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and/or emails to resolve healthcare-related inquiries
  • Support questions related to benefits, eligibility, medications, and orders
  • Accurately document interactions in multiple systems
  • Resolve issues efficiently or escalate when appropriate
  • Follow all standard operating procedures, including HIPAA and data privacy requirements
  • Meet performance, quality, and attendance expectations

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to work full-time on an assigned schedule, including possible weekends

Remote Work Requirements

  • Private, uninterrupted home workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet meeting required standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center or work-from-home experience
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or benefits experience
  • Knowledge of pharmacy terminology
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification
