How has the journey been so far?
It has been exciting! My role with HGS helps me use my domain knowledge and grow as an expert because we are always in conversation on the topic. It feels nice that my domain expertise is still relevant to my work here. As a result, my confidence has also grown immensely in the workplace.
What inspires you at work every day?
I would say, my colleagues. The way we work in my account is as if we are one big family.
What is something unique about HGS that has struck you?
I enjoy the way we do work for charities. It goes beyond the impersonal when we all get involved as a team. It feels like one of our team-bonding events, except that the charity activities serve to help people.
What do you like the best about your job?
Before HGS, I was in the same line of work as our client. So, on the floor, I am the most qualified one because of my knowledge of how the products we handle, are applied. I enjoy helping others with information that can improve their interactions with our customers. I feel like our job is putting faith back in our customers, as well.
