How has the journey been so far?
My time with HGS has been exciting for many reasons. There have been many learnings that are relevant, both personally and professionally. One of these has been improving my focus. I have learned not to let distractions hinder my growth.
What motivates you at work?
The people! We are a great team, and we also motivate each other to look at this job as an opportunity to grow. My colleagues have gradually become my family. I’m excited to come to work even on a bad day because I can interact with them.
What stands out for you at HGS?
That would be the impact of my work here and the way the company facilitates holistic growth. As an analyst, I work closely with representatives on the floor, and I have the chance to help build their self-confidence. I have seen that this not only impacts their results but also adds to their individuality. I’m proud to be able to bring about this effect.
The variety of training programs at our disposal here is incredible. Programs like ReadyNow and Six Sigma have benefitted me in my work. I always encourage people to enroll in these.
What would be your message for future employees?
HGS is a place for growth. Your hard work will be recognized, and in the process, you will find plenty of opportunities to improve.
