Sooraj Janardhanan is a Deputy Manager with the Human Resources group at HGS India. He has been with us for over six years now. He shares his growth experience with the organization here.
HGS: How has the journey been so far?
Sooraj: The journey has been fantastic! From the time I joined with the organization, there have been major changes from a human resource point of view. We have seen giant leaps, including the centralized HR tools to smoothen the process in HGS, and the way the organization imbibes the seamless techy aspects into work without much disturbance to any function makes it even more streamlined.
HGS: What positions have you held along the way?
Sooraj: I joined as an Executive in 2014, then I was promoted to a Sr. Executive and later to an Asst. Manager in 2016. In 2018 I was promoted to my current role as Deputy Manager.
HGS: What motivates you at HGS?
Sooraj: So many things! The flexible and stress-free work environment makes it interesting to come into work every day. My managers inspire me to achieve greater heights and motivates me to give my hundred percent.
HGS: What about your job do you like best?
Sooraj: I work as a location SPOC for HR, and I have two DR who reports to me. What makes my job so interesting is taking on and resolving challenging & critical situations.
