Experience:
19+ years Call Center and/or Claims Administration experience in an outsource environment responsible for multiple sites and clients. Healthcare Industry Preferred. 15+ years of team handling experience. 7+ years of experience in strategic business management
Mandatory Skills:
Expert level proficiency in core Claims Administrations - Non Voice revenue cycle
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects and drive the team to results
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ownership driven and results oriented
Have a flair for numbers, works well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a positive work attitude
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conceptualize(Client, internal) and manage large (multi-capability) $10M-$25M annual savings per client transformational projects
Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with employees, Board of managers, customers and multiple Operations system executive suites.
Participates in the budget process to ensure departments operates within approved budgets.
Successfully integrate new growth opportunities into the company and its Operations
Participate in developing and implementating contracts with payors, providers, Operations systems and vendors.
Work with Sagility health physicians to build relationships, monitor performance, improve processes and solve problems.
Work with department heads to enhance existing services, develop new services and manage expenses
Ensure assigned areas of responsibility comply with the company's compliance program. Collaborate with the company's legal counsel and compliance officer as needed
