Roles & Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with executive-level leaders to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and HR needs.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies and initiatives with the organization's overall objectives and direction.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and influencing decision-making processes.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal regulations.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and employee events.
Foster a positive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and work-life balance.
Oversee effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's business objectives.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HRBP team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Set performance expectations and manage the performance of direct reports.
Collaborate with other HR leaders to drive HR initiatives and create a high-performing HR team.
