We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analytics Coordinator to support the Enterprise Application Management (EAM) team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the EAM team, HR, and Technology teams to drive adoption of analytics initiatives, gather and document new business requirements, and ensure timely and effective delivery of analytics solutions. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the EAM and HR teams to understand business needs and increase adoption of analytics projects and tools.
• Gather, analyse, and document new analytics requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the business (EAM and HR) and the Technology/Analytics teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize analytics requests and development activities with the Tech team.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to promote awareness and effective use of analytics solutions.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders.
• Assist in validating analytics outputs and ensure the solutions meet business expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend analytics-driven solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and adoption metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in analytics coordination, business analysis, or project coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Experience working with HR and enterprise management teams is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is desirable.
