Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience: 7+ years of experience in relevant field
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and business unit managers to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and HR needs.
Collaborate with business units to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives and direction.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and influencing decision-making processes.
Work with business leaders to identify critical skills and competencies required for success and develop strategies to address talent gaps.
Guide and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration sessions, and career development plans.
Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal regulations.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and employee events.
Promote a positive work culture by fostering diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and work-life balance.
Oversee effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
