  • Take ownership of issue reproduction, root cause documentation, and resolution coordination across cross-functional teams.

Agile Collaboration & Leadership

  • Translate business requirements into executable test cases with clear objectives and validations.
  • Mentor junior QA team members on test techniques, automation practices, and QA discipline.
  • Contribute to sprint-level test estimates, prioritization, and continuous improvement discussions.

Documentation & Release Readiness

  • Maintain detailed QA documentation including test cases, automation coverage, test logs, and user support records.
  • Define and enforce go/no-go criteria for release readiness, factoring in risk, severity, and business impact.
  • Collaborate on user-facing release documentation including known issues, testing highlights, and support preparedness checklists.
