Roles & Responsibilities:
Project specific
- Lead and manage technology consulting projects involving multiple implementations
- Point of contact for intake of projects or implementations
- Work with internal technology and operations team to deliver projects or implementations through project planning, risk management, change management, resource management and financial reporting
- Lead and drive change request management and provide support for resolving production issues in partnership with technology and operations teams
- Collaborate with client point of contact(s) to enable business requirements gathering and provide technology solutions in partnership with business analysts.
- Drive the project and implementations based on standard project management guidelines
- Create, publish and present standard project governance artifacts like weekly status, monthly reviews etc., across applicable forums including presentations to client
Transformation specific
- Participate and contribute into transformational activities aimed towards growth of the organization
- Navigate through ambiguities and matrix organization structure to deliver transformation outcomes
- Have point of view on transformational topics to complement organizational growth
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with managing and leading technology consulting projects (internal and client)
- Strong project and program management practice experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work across account management, technology, operations, finance and other internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with leading/driving transformation engagements
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry best practices
