Education : College graduate.
Experience : 7 to 10 Years experience.
Manage the provision of support for Operations' logistical requirements. Supervise the coordination and deployment of fleet vehicles, third-party logistics partners, booking of travel and hotel reservations, and fulfillment-related tasks. Review and prepare reports, ensure operational efficiency and quality of service provided by our logistical resources.
Involved in all aspects of Logistics, Travel and Transport activities. Ensure that all documentations and requirements are managed and easily retrieved.
Build good Vendor and Stakeholder relationships.
Propose process improvement initiatives and guide juniors in the team both on technical and soft skills.
Participation in inter-departmental projects and collaboration.
Groom and nurture direct reports and evaluation of team performance.
Work with Team on for all Audit & Compliance and ESG related activities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide logistical requirements for business related functions which includes provision of transport vehicles, coordination for travel and hotel bookings for arriving clients, business partners, global leaders, etc.
Provide service vehicles for operational requirements and fulfillment, including interfacility transfers, official business travels, business continuity, and work at home asset deployment and retrievals
Responds to complaints and concerns on fleet and logistics services
Supervision on the daily operations of fleet service vehicles, drivers, and third party logistics partners
Oversees that repair and maintenance of company owned vehicles are done on schedule
Prepares and reviews report on utilization, maintenance, operational costs, and consumption of company owned vehicles
Reviews report on utilization and cost analysis of third party logistics partners
Participation in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) drills, tabletops, and activities
Establish good business relationships with third party vendors
Evaluate team performance and implement process improvement initiatives
Dissemination of memorandums, information campaigns related to Logistics, Travel and Transport.
Mandatory Skills :
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent planning, scheduling, organizing, and time management.
Knowledge in MS applications, preferably advanced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge in SAP, ARIBA, Workday, QISMS, CAPA.
