Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify organizational training needs and establish learning objectives.
- Apply instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE or SAM, to create detailed course outlines, storyboards, and instructional materials.
- Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and other educational resources using various authoring tools.
- Write, edit, and organize content in a way that aligns with learning objectives and enhances learner comprehension.
- Develop assessment tools and strategies to measure learner performance against established learning objectives.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials, recommending iterative improvements as needed.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs and standards.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the instructional design field.
- Provide guidance and support to junior instructional designers and other team members, enhancing the overall team's capabilities.

- Instructional Design Methodologies: Familiarity with instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM to guide the process of creating effective learning experiences.
- Learning Theories: Understanding foundational theories about how people learn, such as Constructivism, Behaviorism, or Cognitive Load Theory.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to interact with subject matter experts, gather content, and present ideas.
