The individual will act as a central point of contact for PHP, IND, JAM, US, and COL regions, ensuring effective governance, actionable insights, and consistent reporting standards.

Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and drive governance calls across PHP, IND, JAM, US, and COL accounts
- Act as the single point of contact for MIS, reporting, and analytics discussions
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Track action items, decisions, and ensure timely closure
- Drive accountability and follow-ups across stakeholders
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Own end-to-end MIS reporting across regions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
- Standardize reporting templates and governance frameworks
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency
- Track and publish key KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and performance gaps
- Perform variance analysis and root cause analysis
- Convert data into actionable insights for leadership
- Build dashboards to track adoption and performance metrics
- Support leadership reviews with data storytelling
Project Management
- Manage MIS and analytics deliverables across multiple accounts
- Ensure timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met
- Identify risks and proactively escalate issues
- Support cross-functional alignment on deliverables
AI & Digital Tools Exploration
- Explore and implement automation in reporting processes
- Evaluate AI tools for analytics and reporting efficiency
- Continuously improve reporting processes using technology
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Automation, Power Query)
- Experience in Power BI / dashboard creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

- Experience in MIS reporting and governance frameworks
- Exposure to AI tools / automation platforms
- Healthcare/payor domain knowledge (good to have)
