We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, documentation, and solution delivery. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure successful implementation through testing and validation

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
  • Prepare clear and structured documentation such as:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
  • Process flows
  • Conduct requirement walkthroughs with business and technical teams
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements
  • Support solution design discussions and provide functional inputs
  • Participate in and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Assist QA team on test scenarios and test cases
  • Assist users during testing
  • Track and validate defect resolution
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Understanding of business analysis fundamentals
  • Understanding of requirement gathering and documentation
  • Familiarity with BRD, FRD, and UAT processes
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environment (preferred)
