Job Description:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts
  • Evolve and strengthen existing processes, standards, and best practices for the team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

  • Function as the strategic liaison between Operations, Shared Services, EAM teams, and external vendors.
  • Engage senior global stakeholders to understand business priorities and identify transformation opportunities.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and expectations.


Program & Project Delivery

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle—from intake and assessment through requirement definition, execution, testing, and deployment.
  • Govern delivery of automation and AI solutions to ensure quality, scalability, and measurable business impact.
  • Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
  • Provide portfolio‑level oversight across multiple concurrent AI Ops initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities.
  • Define success metrics and track value realization, including Programivity, quality, cost, and risk outcomes.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

  • Own the Program roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and enterprise impact.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digital enhancement, and AI enablement across business processes.
  • Lead structured requirement discovery sessions and author high‑quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Partner closely with the Coding Shop and platform teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Vendor & External Partner Management

  • Evaluate and onboard external technology partners when internal capabilities are insufficient.
  • Manage vendor performance, deliverables, timelines, and solution quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience leading business analysis, automation and digital transformation teams in Healthcare BPO
  • Strong program ownership of large-scale automation, RPA, AI/ML, or enterprise Program implementations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across geographies.
  • Hands-on expertise in requirement gathering, BRD creation, solution design, and delivery governance.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to articulate complex solutions in business-friendly language.
  • Experience collaborating in multi-vendor environments is an added advantage.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent program/project management certifications are highly desirable.
