Associate Director/Lead Consultant- Business Analysis
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
• 12+ years of related work experience in product development, business analysis or leading business processes in Health Care - Mandatory
- 10+ yrs as Business Analyst/ Benefits Configuration Lead on US Healthcare Insurance - Mandatory
- US Health Care Domain - PBM Mandatory
- Proven expertise in benefit setup across medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plan
- Leading team BA’s or Benefit configurations teams on Medical/PBM
- Deep understanding of plan structures (deductibles, copays, coinsurance, OOP limits)
- Hands-on experience with configuration in core platforms (e.g., Facets, QNXT, or similar claims systems). JUDI platform configuration knowledge would be PLUS
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (ACA, HIPAA compliance basics)
- Experience translating business requirements into configuration rules
- • Demonstrated experience leading configuration teams or workstreams
- Ability to manage end-to-end benefit setup lifecycle (requirements, build, testing, deployment)
- Strong stakeholder management with business, product, and IT teams
- Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems and create high-quality, innovative, and clean solutions
- Organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality
- Action oriented and a team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
- Experience in providing mentorship for other Product Owners and scrum team members is a plus
- Strong communication and executive reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in configuration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting configuration defects
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or data validation techniques
- Experience with UAT support and defect resolution
