Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, with extensive experience in cold calling and prospect research.
This role is responsible for equipping our sales team with the strategies, skills, and resources they need to be successful. While a background in the healthcare industry is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong core skills and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shift Timings & Hybrid Work culture:
5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST, On business demands need to be in office, or generally would be a hybrid work culture of 2 days in office weekly.
• Cold Calling and Outreach:
• Develop, refine, and implement effective cold calling scripts and email templates.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to the sales team to improve their cold calling techniques and success rates.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team-based outreach targets.
• Sales Intelligence Tools:
• Proficiency with sales intelligence and database tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar platforms for lead generation and data enrichment.
• Research and Analysis: • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, key decision-makers, and industry trends to support personalized outreach efforts.
• Analyze sales data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
• CRM and Technology Management:
• Champion the use of our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
