Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Oracle DB, along with a solid understanding of software design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and related technologies
Build robust backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful APIs
Develop responsive UI components using Angular
Work with Oracle databases, writing optimized SQL queries and managing data models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and DevOps
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 5 years of proven experience in Java development
Strong hands-on experience with Core Java / Advanced Java
Solid understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services
Good knowledge of multi-threading, memory management, and transaction management
Strong expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, and ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate)
Experience with frontend technologies, preferably Angular
Hands-on experience in developing web applications using frameworks like Spring / Hibernate / JSF
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Healthcare domain (Payer side preferred)
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
