Key Responsibilities
Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Program Execution
- Support the implementation of global and regional R&R frameworks aligned with organizational guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end execution of recognition programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate rollout of R&R cycles, including nominations, validations, and closures.
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to drive program awareness and participation.
Program Operations & Governance
- Ensure adherence to R&R policies, processes, and governance standards across business units.
- Manage program documentation, trackers, and audit requirements.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure alignment with allocated spends.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless program delivery.
Platform Management & Adoption
- Support the administration of R&R platforms (e.g., tool configuration, user management, issue resolution).
- Drive adoption of recognition tools by working with employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Coordinate with HR Tech teams for system enhancements, issue tracking, and upgrades.
Reporting & Insights
- Track key metrics such as participation rates, recognition frequency, and program utilization.
- Generate regular dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends and provide inputs to improve program effectiveness and employee engagement.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for R&R-related queries from HRBPs and business teams.
- Support communication and socialization of R&R programs across functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Tech, Procurement) for smooth program execution.

- Policy Adherence – understanding of governance and compliance requirements in HR programs.
2. HR Tech & Digital Skills
- Familiarity with R&R platforms (e.g., O.C. Tanner or similar tools).
- Basic understanding of HR systems and workflows.
- Comfort with tools like Excel and dashboards for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4–7 years of HR experience with exposure to Rewards & Recognition or HR program management.
- Hands-on experience in executing structured HR programs at scale.
- Familiarity with R&R tools/platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
