Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business strategy into people priorities and driving measurable outcomes.
Own and drive the people agenda for India and U.S. technology teams, ensuring alignment with business growth, productivity, and innovation goals.
Lead workforce planning and organizational design, including role clarity, team structures, and capability building to support scale.
Proactively identify retention risks and engagement drivers, implementing targeted interventions to improve employee experience and reduce attrition.
Drive leadership effectiveness by coaching managers on performance management, team development, and handling complex people matters.
Own the performance management framework, ensuring goal alignment, differentiation, fairness, and a strong performance culture.
Lead succession planning and talent reviews, ensuring robust pipelines for critical roles and high-potential talent development.
Leverage people analytics and insights to diagnose issues, influence decision-making, and track effectiveness of HR interventions.
Collaborate with CoEs (TA, L&D, Total Rewards) to design and deploy scalable, best-in-class HR solutions.
Drive change management initiatives, including restructuring, transformation programs, and culture shifts.
Champion and embed company culture, values, and inclusion, fostering a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across geographies in partnership with relevant teams.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 6+ years of experience in HRBP roles within IT/Product organizations, preferably an MBA graduate. The role will support a workforce of 500+ employees across India, the U.S., and the Philippines, with a primary focus on technology teams based in Bangalore and the U.S.
