Education:
College graduate or graduate of any vocational course (PHI)
Experience:
2 to 4 years experience (PHI)
Experience in Office Management and Administration, and Compliance
Experience in Building Operations and Maintenance
Experience in Finance-related tasks, Inventory Maintenance, Development and Implementation of Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
Ensures compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements; assist in the processing of registration requirements and permit renewals
Mandatory Skills:

Roles & responsibilities:
MANAGES INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS RELATED TO CREST BOHOL
- CREST?s memorandums, events, site updates, advisories, etc.
- CREST?s information campaigns (on seasonal crises, emergency preparedness, health and safety awareness, security issues, utilities and infrastructure, and property maintenance)
- Design infographic materials disseminated through print, e-mail blasts, and other media
- Standardization of site promotional materials, rules and policies, instruction materials, etc.
- Develop CREST?s weekly and monthly reports, review and update methods and procedures, and other QMS documentation
BCP-RELATED ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS
- Manages internal communications, advisory updates, and BCP (Facilities compliance) checklist during disasters such as typhoons, fire, earthquake, evacuation drills
- Provides emergency or disaster preparedness information through infographics, advisories, and educational videos
- Active participation in BCP drills, tabletops, and activities
PROJECTS AND FIT-OUT
- Work with CREST Projects Team for renovation, reconfiguration, new site fit-out works, seat movements, etc.
BUILDING SECURITY AND SAFETY
- Ensures safe and secure environment at all times
- Manages the security guards and closely monitors and implements the security program and SOPs during operations
- Ensures CCTV and Security Access Systems are properly monitored, recorded, and administered at all times
- Assist in Occupational Safety and Health activities, ensure that the Iloilo sites are OSH and ISO 45001 compliant
COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT
- Ensures that all the required permits and licenses from of each site are met and regularly being updated.
- Regularly conduct internal audit across the existing including all the upcoming sites.
- Assists internal and external audits and manages observations to ensure no non-compliance
- Prior to occupancy of a new site, shall coordinate with the Projects and Compliance Team for compliance requirements of the site
- Prior to external or internal audit works; in collaboration with the Compliance, Audit and Certification Department, he/she will be working with them to ensure that CREST is prepared for the audit.
- Plan and propose process improvement projects and cost effective use of these major facilities and equipment.
ESG (Environment-related Activities)
- Regular submission of ESG (Environment) report to Global Team
- Regular monitoring of utilities consumption and other information needed for ESG Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions
- Coordination with the Facilities team for ESG initiatives and reports
- Participation in the regular ESG governance meetings with other geographies
