Job Description:
Key areas of responsibility: • Monitor and manage the AskHR Inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
• Process Verification of Employment (VOE) requests, including state-specific forms and requirements.
• File and upload corrective action forms and employee warnings into the appropriate employees records.
• Validate return-to-work doctor's slips for absences less than three days, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Respond to recruiting team inquiries regarding rehire eligibility, referencing internal records and prior employment history.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital employee files in accordance with company policies and data privacy standards.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to appropriate HR personnel as needed.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Manage and resolve assigned tickets within the Sagillife (Workday) system, ensuring service levels are met.
Skills and Qualificiations:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professinalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
• Prior experience in HR operations or a shared services environment preferred.

Knowledge
Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Professional Qualifications: Strong Customer Service Background
Language Skills: English
Experience
Specialized Skills : Proficient in Microsoft tools, demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates decision making and problem solving ability, proven project management skills, experience with analyzing data and reporting.
Nice to have Skills: Ability to organize and multi-task.
