The purpose of this role is to monitor and evaluate customer interactions across multiple channels, providing actionable insights to improve quality, CSAT, and operational performance. The role also involves coaching, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Job Description:

Education:

  • Preferably any 4-yr College Degree and/or equivalent


Experience:

  • · At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.



Mandatory Skills:

  • Automation - VBA & Python Programming

  • Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.

  • Able to establish structures and procedures to protect classified information

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate solutions, SQL, Tableau


Roles & responsibilities:

  • Project Management

  • Develop client relationships

Technical Delivery

  • Ensure all the project requirement documents in duly worked up and shared
  • Participate in client working sessions and articulate all the customer dependencies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of QPAS solutions for Excel, Access, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions based on the technology available inside the customer environment
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and timelines.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using QPAS and related technologies.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure reliability.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain version control and proper documentation for all QPAS projects

Others:

  • Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).

  • Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.

  • Remain compliant with the relevant business, local and international regulatory and legislative requirements particularly the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) – For Healthcare Accounts
