Job Description:

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience: minimum 4 years
Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, vendors, and management.
Preferred Skills:
• Proven experience in facility management, administrative support, or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of facility operations, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with employees, vendors, and senior management confidently.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation, reporting, and project management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
