To execute procurement and contract activities for various Capex and Opex requirements in the most competitive manner along with vendor and contract management in line with the procedures and policies applicable.

Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Contracts Management

  • Leads the end-to-end contracts management lifecycle for non‑revenue and service contracts, from pre‑award review to post‑execution governance.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and negotiates commercial and contractual terms for service agreements, ensuring cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Acts as the primary procurement focal point for contract-related matters, coordinating with Global Legal, Finance, HR, CREST, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensures contracts are commercially sound, aligned with approved scope, pricing structures, escalation clauses, and service levels.
  • Reviews Ariba Catalogue contracts and provides procurement endorsement prior to Global Legal review.

Performance & Compliance Oversight

  • Monitors and evaluates vendor compliance and performance against contractual SLAs, KPIs, and obligations.
  • Leads vendor performance reviews and recommends corrective actions, renewals, renegotiations, or terminations where necessary.
  • Ensures adherence to internal controls, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and procurement policies.
  • Identifies contractual risks and escalates issues with appropriate mitigation strategies.

Financial & Commercial Analysis

  • Conducts price reasonableness analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations for service agreements.
  • Supports cost optimization initiatives through rate negotiations, contract restructuring, and commercial improvements.
  • Reviews and processes Service Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for recurring services (e.g., Housekeeping, Security, HR-related services).

Repository & Process Improvement

  • Owns and maintains the Contracts Repository, ensuring accuracy, completeness, version control, and timely updates.
  • Leads process improvements and digital enhancements related to contracts management, documentation, and tracking.
  • Develops standard templates, trackers, and reports to improve visibility and governance of active contracts.

HR & Specialized Contracts

  • Manages HR-related service contracts including but not limited to:
    • Clinic Management
    • HMO, GPI, GPA
    • Recruitment Manpower
    • Travel Insurance and Employee Partnership Agreements
  • Ensures contractual terms support operational requirements while meeting compliance and budget objectives.

Stakeholder Support & Advisory

  • Provides contracts advisory support to internal stakeholders on commercial, contractual, and compliance matters.
  • Supports leadership in contract-related decision-making through clear analysis and recommendations.
  • Acts as a point of escalation for contract interpretation, disputes, and amendments.

OTHER RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the Vendor Evaluation Process for accredited vendors, analyzing performance trends and compliance status.
  • Participates in cross-functional initiatives requiring contract governance expertise.
  • Supports audit activities by providing contract documentation, explanations, and compliance evidence.

GENERAL SAFETY AND SECURITY

  • Protects organizational assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
  • Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to business operations.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Legal Studies, or any related course
  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, contracts management, or related commercial roles

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of contracts management, commercial negotiation, and vendor governance.
  • Ability to analyze complex contractual and pricing structures and recommend sound business decisions.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and risk awareness.
