Key Responsibilities
OD & Learning Strategy Integration
• Translate enterprise OD and learning strategies into integrated program designs
• Ensure organizational values and ethical leadership principles are embedded into all learning and OD solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to align interventions with business and cultural priorities
Consulting, Facilitation & Leader Orientation Management
• Lead and conduct organizational development and learning consulting engagements, including structured consulting conversations with business and functional leaders to diagnose challenges, surface root causes, and co-design solutions
• Facilitate high-impact leadership and OD sessions, modeling strong facilitation presence, ethical leadership, and values-driven dialogue appropriate for senior and people leader audiences
• Design, manage, and continuously improve Leader Orientation programs, ensuring leaders are effectively onboarded to the organization’s culture, leadership expectations, values, and strategic priorities
ADDIE Cycle Governance & Quality Stewardship
• Oversee and govern ADDIE execution across multiple learning and OD programs
• Review and approve designs, content, facilitation plans, and evaluation frameworks
• Ensure consistency with learning architecture, design standards, and OD methodologies
Program & Portfolio Management
• Lead complex, multi-stream programs with enterprise or geo-wide impact
• Manage risks, interdependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure delivery meets quality, impact, and governance standards
People Leadership, Coaching & Ethical Stewardship
• Coach and develop Managers on instructional design, facilitation, consulting skills, and ethical leadership
