Job Description:

Education:

  • BS in Pharmacy, Nursing, or any Allied Science course


Experience:

  • 1-2 years of clinical training experience in the managed care setting.

  • Experience with case management and population health is desired


Mandatory Skills:

  • Effectively communicates areas of training success, opportunities, and resolutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence in handling sensitive clinical training topic

  • Provides leadership in the development of comprehensive clinical training programs

  • Possesses solid knowledge of learning sciences and proven methodologies, applying them effectively in the development of learning solutions and training programs.

  • Project Management to Lead the planning and coordination of clinical training classes, ensuring timely completion of trainer activities

Roles & responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Oversees clinical training classes, ensuring timely completion of trainer activities.

  • Facilitates monthly trainer observation and coaching.

Instructional Design

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to contribute to the design and continuous update of training materials.

  • Demonstrates proficient knowledge of various instructional design methodologies, ensuring their integration into the development of clinical training programs.

Technology Application

  • Recommends solutions for clinical training gaps by leveraging technology and tools.

  • Stays knowledgeable about different technology applications that can enhance clinical training effectiveness.

Knowledge Management

  • Oversees documentation adherence of clinical training teams, ensuring proper documentation of materials and processes.

  • Generates insightful reports on clinical training outcomes, providing a clear view of progress and effectiveness.

  • Contributes to the alignment of clinical training programs with organizational strategies.

  • Seeks opportunities for cost-effective solutions in training delivery and ensure prudent resource allocation to optimize resources and minimize expenses while meeting training objectives.

Consulting & Business Partnering

  • Acts as a consultant for clinical learning and development needs.

  • Collaborates with clinical leaders across all departments and clients to implement enhancements in the training curriculum.

Change Management

  • Identifies and addresses potential issues related to compliance and audit in the clinical training context.

  • Identifies and drives change management initiatives within the clinical training function.

Performance Improvement

  • Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement in clinical training programs.

  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to implement enhancements and drive performance improvement in training initiatives.

Data & Analytics & Future Readiness

  • Utilizes data and analytics to generate insightful reports on clinical training program outcomes.

  • Stays informed about industry changes, integrating updates into clinical training modules for future readiness.
