About the Role
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our growing healthcare support team! In this role, you will assist members, providers, and healthcare partners by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat
- Provide information on benefits, eligibility, claims, and authorizations
- Assist healthcare providers and members with their requests
- Process or support pre-authorization and service-related requests
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of concerns
- Maintain a professional and customer-first approach at all times
- Use internal systems and tools to manage cases and updates
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills (English – verbal and written)
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years in college or a college graduate (any course)
- With or without BPO/Customer Service experience (experience is an advantage)
- Healthcare account experience is a plus but not required
