The Senior Manager – Graphic Design / Creative will lead the visual identity and creative execution for our Healthcare Payer & Provider marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic creative leadership, team management, and hands-on oversight to ensure all brand and marketing assets are compelling, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to translate complex healthcare solutions into clear, impactful visual storytelling across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Brand Leadership
- Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all marketing and communication channels
- Define creative strategy aligned with marketing, demand generation, and growth objectives
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all creative outputs
- Act as the final creative approver for high-impact marketing assets
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers and creative professionals
- Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Content, and Compliance stakeholders
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors as needed
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee design and production of:
- Digital campaigns, social media, and paid advertising
- Websites, landing pages, and email marketing assets
- Sales enablement tools, presentations, proposals, and RFP visuals
- Thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports, case studies, infographics)
- Event and conference branding assets
- Translate complex healthcare payer and provider concepts into clear, audience-specific visuals
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on contribution when required
Process & Governance
- Establish scalable creative workflows, tools, and design systems
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, HIPAA considerations, and accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
- Drive continuous improvement in design quality, efficiency, and turnaround times
- Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resource planning
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive design experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably within Healthcare, Health Tech, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries
- Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing stakeholders at senior levels
- Expert proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma and modern design collaboration tools
- Deep understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling, and digital-first design
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with Healthcare Payers and/or Providers
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory review processes, and privacy standards
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and executive-level presentations
- Exposure to UX/UI design principles and CMS platforms
- Motion graphics, video, or advanced digital storytelling experience is a plus
