Telesales Supervisor – Medicare Sales Team

Join our growing team as a Telesales Supervisor based out of The Hive in Kapolei, HI - with a flexible hybrid schedule combining on-site and remote work. In this key role, you’ll lead a high-performing team of licensed sales agents who help consumers enroll in Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. Compensation Highlights

Hybrid Work Flexibility 

This is a hybrid role based at our Kapolei, HI office. Onsite presence is required during key business periods including training, nesting, team events, and coaching sessions. 

  • Primary location: 949 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI 96707 
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the office on a regular (or as-needed) basis 

Program Schedule 

Full-time Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM HST 

First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off 

Location: 949 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI 96707 

Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between 9:00 AM–9:00 PM HST after training 

What You’ll Do as a Telesales Supervisor 

  • Support and enhance classroom training experiences by participating in mock calls and onboarding activities 
  • Motivate telesales agents to achieve sales goals while upholding compliance and quality standards 
  • Provide daily guidance through one-on-one coaching, live feedback, and chat-based support 
  • Monitor agent KPIs including call quality, attendance, handle time, and sales performance 
  • Maintain team accountability and ensure service levels are consistently met 
  • Evaluate agent calls and provide coaching with clear performance documentation · Support off-season operations by handling inbound consumer calls to stay connected with the sales process 
  • Assist with seasonal recruiting by conducting interviews and helping identify future talent 

Minimum Requirements 

  • 1+ year of recent call center leadership experience, ideally in telesales 
  • 1+ year of recent healthcare experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage 
  • Proven ability to coach agents to meet call center performance goals 
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Windows and CRM systems 
  • Experience managing multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Willingness to work onsite during critical business periods 

Preferred Requirements

  • Active Health Producer License in Hawaii
