Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Operations Business Analyst lead role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and preparing reports to support data-driven decision-making within the clinical pillar team. This role will primarily focus on generating insightful reports for various departments and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth and efficiency. 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives. 
  • Design and develop comprehensive reporting solutions that meet business needs. 
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and meaningful reports. 
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide valuable insights. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data by conducting data validation and quality checks. 
  • Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports, utilizing charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Continuously monitor and improve the reporting process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics. 

People Management:  

  • Handles and resolves inconsistency of the team to change as it involves conflicting views and opinions 
  • Conducts alignment meetings for all clinical programs to ensure all reports are current and up to date  

Others: 

  • Perform tasks assigned by his/her immediate Head. 
  • Actively assist in maintaining operational excellence on critical metrics for all clinical programs (example: attrition, metrics, employee demographics,  
  • Amplifai data, list of eligible employees for incentives and clinical success profiles) 
  • Helps in process automation

  • Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS). 
  • Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.

Senior Vice President or Operations Director 

Education and/or Experience:  

  • Bachelor's degree in any field preferred or Associate's degree with 2 years of similar experience
  • Proven experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinical data is a plus.
